As Signing Day quickly approaches, Mt. Bethel Christian Academy Senior Power Forward Jordan Meka has narrowed his prospective college choices down to his Top 10.

Making the list of final schools are:

  • Virginia Commonwealth
  • Kansas
  • Georgia Tech
  • Georgia
  • Auburn
  • Murray State
  • Alabama
  • Vanderbilt
  • Kennesaw State
  • Connecticut

The list of schools are in no specific order. National College Basketball Signing Day starts November 13 and runs through August 1, 2020.

“After four years of going through the recruiting process, we are excited Jordan has narrowed down his Top-10 list of schools he is considering,” Head Varsity Coach and MBCA Athletic Director Cal Boyd commented on Meka’s announcement. “These are some great schools from all across the country. Jordan has a very bright future! We are excited to see where Jordan lands!”

Currently Meka is a 4-Star recruit and is ranked as the fifth best overall player in Georgia, the 14th-best player at his position nationally and the 86th-overall player in the country.

As Meka wraps up his AAU slate and prepares for his senior season at Mt. Bethel to tip-off, there is a lot of buzz nationally about him and MBCA. This buzz will only grow as the season plays out and Meka narrows his list of 10 down to five and three before he makes his final decision.

No official date has been set for when Meka plans to announce any further narrowing of his Top-10 or his official announcement on what college he will select. Mt. Bethel will update as Meka narrows his list accordingly.
