The Mt. Bethel B volleyball team managed to rally from significant deficits in both sets to gain a 2-0 victory over St. Francis on Thursday.

The first set was a roller coaster as the Eagles found themselves quickly down 4-1 before building a short-lived 20-13 lead. The Knights fought back and managed to tie the game at 20. Several key serves by Elizabeth Rogers helped preserve the first set win for the MBCA, 25-22.

Things were much the same in the second set and Mt. Bethel again found themselves in trouble, down 7-2 early. After a ferocious rally the Eagles tied the Knights at 14. The second set would remain a back and forth affair with the Eagles ultimately prevailing 25-21.

Mt. Bethel returns to action on Monday when they host North Cobb Christian School at 3:30 pm.
